At Phase 2 Kingston, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible fashion items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to qualify for a successful return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Phase 2 Kingston tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a local drop-off if applicable.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
